I wanted to take a second and promote the site ReverbNation.com because it's honestly one of my favorite music sharing interfaces. I've had a lot of success with networking and opportunities available as a free member over the last year, and I'm truly grateful to have such an outlet available to me. It has a ranking system per genre in your local area and it's analytical management system really helps people who manage their own marketing like me, and other independent artists. This lets you interconnect basically all of your social networking sites for easy sharing, and seriously guys and gals, if you market yourself you KNOW how time consuming it can be to post, and repost all over the place online to ensure more people see and interact with your hard work, ya know? Anyways, head on over to my fan page and become a fan, you can listen to my playlist and also other people in the site player. It's fantastic. I also wanted to say thank you again for all of the exposure and the support from a lot of you which is only helping me get to my goals. 

Currently ranking #2 in my area, and that's definitely a step in the right direction!

We all start small, and with hard work, support and a bit of luck we can get where we need to go. Also, for my fellow musicians, if you're not already on ReverbNation, check it out because it's truly a great asset, (and free for us starving species...) hahaha.

this is a song I wrote last night, having a bout of "depression" I suppose and this is what came out. It's all verse and no real chorus, which is a different style of song writing than I normally do, but I tried to add a chorus and it didn't sound right. I really wanted to focus on the sorrow in this song, the longing for understanding in the quest for purpose that we all try to obtain in some form.
